How it works

  1. Create a free workspace

    Sign up, install the browser extension, and add a project for each client.

  2. Give clients a way to report

    Add the widget to the client's site, or capture bugs yourself and send them as share links.

  3. Fix from the evidence

    Each report carries the replay and logs, so you start from what happened instead of an email thread.

  4. Get sign-off

    Send a client report and let the client approve it by name when the work is done.

Yes. The Free plan is $0 forever, with up to 5 seats, unlimited projects, Quick Capture share links, integrations and MCP. Paid plans start at $12 per user per month (Pro).
Do my clients need to install anything?
No. With the widget on their site, they report a bug from the page itself. Quick Capture links and client reports open in the browser, and a client approves a report by typing a name and email.
What does a client see when I send a Quick Capture link?
The session replay, console and network logs, and the screenshot from the capture. You can protect a share link with a password.
How is this different from the agencies page?
The tools are the same. This page is for one person working with a few clients; the agencies page covers teams running many client sites, and agencies can also join the agency partner program.
