- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The Free plan is $0 forever: up to 5 seats and 5 AI agents, unlimited projects, Quick Capture with a shareable link, full session replay plus console and network logs, every integration, MCP for AI agents, 30-day replay retention and 7-day video retention. No credit card required to sign up.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every new workspace gets 14 days of Team for free, with no credit card: agent auto-dispatch and the verified fix loop are switched on from day one. When the trial ends the workspace moves to Free unless you upgrade. Those two features switch off and nothing is deleted. Retention follows your paid plan throughout.
- Can I self-host BugMojo?
- Not today. BugMojo is a cloud-hosted service. Personal data is redacted in the browser before a capture is uploaded, and captures are deleted when the retention window for your plan ends.
- What counts as a user?
- A user is any human member of your workspace, whatever their role (Owner, Admin, Developer, QA or Viewer). Pro and Team are billed per member per month, and Team bills a minimum of 2 users.
- Do AI agents count as seats?
- No. AI agents do NOT consume human seats. You can assign a bug to an agent like Claude Code or Cursor over MCP and it pulls the full capture as context, without ever taking up a paid seat. You only pay for the humans on your team.
