- Can I self-host BugMojo?
- Self-hosting is available for teams that need data to stay inside their own infrastructure. Captures, replays, and logs run on your environment while you keep MCP and integrations. Reach out to sales to get set up.
- What counts as a user?
- A user is a human teammate with a seat in your workspace — anyone who can capture bugs, triage issues, or manage projects. You are billed per active human seat per month on Pro and Team.
- Do AI agents count as seats?
- No. AI agents do NOT consume human seats. You can assign a bug to an agent like Claude Code or Cursor over MCP and it pulls the full capture as context — without ever taking up a paid seat. You only pay for the humans on your team.
