Our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) sets out how BugMojo processes personal data on your behalf as a processor. You can review the full template in advance, then request a signed, executable copy for your records.
This is a reference template, not an executed agreement, and it is not legal advice. To put a signed DPA in place, request a countersigned copy below.
What’s inside
The template covers the terms a data-protection reviewer expects, including:
- Parties, roles (controller/processor), and scope of processing.
- Subject-matter, duration, nature, and purpose of the processing.
- Categories of data subjects and personal data — session replay, console, and network metadata — with our redaction posture (network bodies are never captured).
- Sub-processors by reference to our subprocessors list, with change-notice terms.
- Security measures by reference to our Security page.
- Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.
- Data-subject assistance, breach notification, audit rights, and deletion on termination.
