Security review and procurement, in one place

This page collects what an enterprise security, IT or procurement review of BugMojo asks for: how data is handled, the Data Processing Addendum, the subprocessor list, compliance status, managed deployment of the browser extension, and the Enterprise plan.

Enterprise pricing is custom. Email contact@bugmojo.com with your seat count and requirements, or send your security questionnaire.

Security and data handling

Start with the security overview. In short: network request bodies are never captured, personal data is redacted in the browser before upload, an organization can enforce a redaction floor its members cannot weaken, access is role-based, and every company has an audit log.

Deploy the extension across your organization

The deployment guide shows IT how to roll the BugMojo extension out to managed browsers.

Plans for larger teams

  • Team: $15 per user per month, minimum 2 users. Unlimited seats, 1-year retention, agent auto-dispatch and the verified fix loop. Every new workspace gets 14 days of Team free, with no card.
  • Enterprise: custom pricing. Email contact@bugmojo.com with your seat count and requirements.
  • SSO and SAML: coming soon on the Team plan, not available yet.
  • Hosting: BugMojo is a cloud-hosted service; self-hosting is not offered.
