Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your team members’ use of the Service. You must be at least 16 years old to use BugMojo.

You agree not to:

• capture, upload, or store data you don’t have the right to collect, including other people’s personal data without a lawful basis;
• use the Service to build a competing product, or to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell it;
• probe, overload, or disrupt the Service, or circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls;
• upload malware, or use the Service for anything unlawful, infringing, or abusive.

You are responsible for the bug reports, recordings, and other content you capture (“Your Content”), and for redacting sensitive data — the extension performs client-side PII redaction, but the choice of what to capture is yours.

You retain all rights to Your Content. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service and to provide it back to you and the teammates or AI agents you share it with. We do not sell Your Content or use it for advertising.

The Service itself — software, design, and trademarks — remains our property. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is active.

BugMojo lets you connect AI coding agents (for example via MCP) and assign issues to them. When you do, you direct us to share the relevant issue data with the agent or tool you connect, using scoped API keys you control. You are responsible for the agents and integrations you enable and for revoking access you no longer need.

Paid plans are billed per seat in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle. Free-tier and Quick Capture usage is subject to the limits described on our pricing page and may change over time.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period, subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that captured data will always be preserved — keep your own backups of anything critical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
