Filter, search, and save views
Narrow a busy board with filters and full-text search, then save the result as a view your team can reopen in one click.
A board fills up fast once your team is capturing bugs. Filters, search, and saved views turn that full board into a short, focused list, so you always work from the bugs that matter right now instead of scrolling past everything else.
Filter a board
Filters stack: each one you add narrows the board further, and the board shows only bugs that match every filter at once.
Narrow the board with filters
Open the board. In the dashboard, pick your Company, then the Project, then the Board you want to triage.
Filter by status. Choose one or more statuses such as Open or QA Testing to focus on a single stage of the workflow.
Filter by priority. Add a priority filter like Critical or High to surface the most urgent work first.
Filter by assignee. Pick a teammate or an AI agent to see only the bugs assigned to them, or filter to unassigned bugs that still need an owner.
Filter by label. Add one or more labels to group related bugs, such as everything tagged for a feature area or release.
Search across bugs
Find a bug by its text
Type in the search box. Enter a keyword from the bug's title, description, or repro steps, such as an error message or a page name.
Read the matches. The board updates as you type and shows only the bugs whose text matches your term.
Stack search with filters. Leave your filters in place while you search, and BugMojo shows bugs that match both the term and every active filter.
Save a view
Once a filter set is useful, save it so nobody has to rebuild it. A saved view belongs to the board, so your teammates and agents can open the same focused list.
Save and reuse a view
Build the view. Apply the filters and search term that give you the list you want, such as Critical bugs that are Open and unassigned.
Click Save view. Give it a clear name like "Critical, unassigned" so anyone reading the board knows what it shows.
Reopen it anytime. Select the view from your saved views to jump back to that exact list in one click, no rebuilding required.
Common questions
Does search look inside console logs and network requests?
Search matches a bug's title, description, and repro steps so you can find issues by what the reporter wrote. To dig into captured console logs or network requests, open the bug and use the replay, console, and network tabs on the bug detail page.
Who can see a saved view I create?
A saved view belongs to the board, so anyone with access to that board can open it. Use clear names like "Critical, unassigned" so teammates and agents know what each view shows at a glance.
Can I combine filters with a search term?
Yes. Filters and search stack together. Type a search term to match text, then add filters for status, priority, assignee, or label, and the board shows only the bugs that meet every condition.
